Song
I'm Gonna Miss You
Venturing Out into the unknown,
a place I can go to be in my own zone.
Going on to do the real stuff,
leaving friends behind can be a little bit rough.
Breaking apart like the waves of the sea,
still trying to paint a picture of where we're going to be.
Shadows of past memories still creep in your mind,
as you head toward your future, you leave your past behind.
I'm gonna miss you. I'm gonna miss you.
I'm gonna miss you. I'm gonna miss you
On borrowed wings we fly but to where?
Clear skies or gray-decide when you get there.
Though life moves on so much,
I'm gonna miss you all but we can keep in touch.
Breaking apart like the waves of the sea,
still trying to paint a picture of where we're going to be.
Shadows of past memories still creep in your mind,
as you head toward the future, you leave your past behind.
I'm gonna miss you. I'm gonna miss you.
I'm gonna miss you. I'm gonna miss you.
These 4 years of hard work and fun went by in the wink of an eye.
I'm really gonna miss you but this will not be good-bye.
I remember being in the Harbor school,
Brendan's room chillin out, learning and playing with tools.
Kids ain't know how to use 'em so he schooled us fools.
Cutting wood, building boats-don't front you thought it was cool.
All those memories will be kept in my mind like when our crew team won three years in a row.
Nobody expected for the cheerleaders to steal the show.
Remember taking a test and hearing Stephaine say,"Your not my father, Roy"
When Miguel fell in the Gowanus Canal and had to get disinfected,
falling down the steps trying to stuff our faces in class,
when someone we know put Ali in the garbage can.
