Open Houses

We encourage all students and their families to visit Harbor School before submitting an application. We host Open Houses on scheduled Wednesday afternoons throughout the fall and spring. Students and their families who attend an Open House will have an opportunity to tour the school, hear from representatives of the Admissions Team, and have their questions answered by current students and teachers.

Open Houses begin at 4:00 pm and end at 5:45 pm. Students and their families should plan to arrive at the Battery Maritime Building by 3:30 pm in order to ride the 3:45 pm ferry to Governors Island. Travel directions are located here.

If you need to change your tour date after you register, please email our Parent Coordinator, Ronni Ettinger, rettinger@newyorkharborschool.org.

Our tours for 2016 are now closed. If you are a student or a parent of a student applying for high school for fall 2018 entry or later, please check back in the spring of 2017 for our tour schedule.
