Carla Gabaldon
Parent Coordinator
I used to be a finance geek on the trading floor of Wall Street, but becoming a mom completely shifted my priorities. I traded spreadsheets for school hallways and found my true passion in building community and creating meaningful connections between families and schools.
I’m a strong believer that when families are involved, students thrive—it really does take a village. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, I’m proudly bilingual and love using that to better connect with the diverse families I work with every day.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my crew. I love to cook (especially experimenting with new recipes), and I’m always on the hunt for NYC’s best eats, art galleries, museums, and the next great Broadway show.
