GUIDANCE
Guidance Team
< < <
Our team consists of 4 Guidance Counselors and a Social Worker.
In each grade our students work with a designated guidance counselor to support them in their academic journey.
Students and their parents engage with their guidance counselor at least once each term to evaluate academic progress and strategize course selections for upcoming terms.
To schedule an appointment, parents can call (212) 458-0800 or reach out to the counselors or social worker via email.

Support Services
Students need to be highly aware of their educational plan. They should understand the promotional and graduation requirements and collaborate with their counselor to outline the path they will follow to meet those requirements for graduation.
As students advance in their high school career, they will begin working more closely with our Director of College and Career Counseling to generate a personalized plan for life after graduation.
How we can help
Students can meet with a counselor or social worker on an as needed basis or regularly as recommended by their individualized educational plan (IEP).
Parents are encouraged to take an active role in their child's high school journey and are welcome to meet with counselors to discuss their child’s needs.
We also offer students and families a variety of options for support through community referrals.
