HELLO SCHOLARS! 

My name is Ms. Jay, and I'm beyond excited about joining the team here at The Harbor school as your new SAPIS Counselor (Substance Prevention Intervention Specialist) . I'm looking forward to getting to know our students, families, and staff, and to being a resource for not only substance prevention but for anyone who needs support, guidance, wellness or just someone to talk to.

A little about what I do: As your SAPIS Counselor, I'm here to support students through everyday challenges, from peer pressure and stress to decision-making, building healthy relationships, and healthy coping mechanisms.
