The Fundamentals of Art/Maritime Art is our Art Class at New York Harbor School. The first semester focuses on the fundamentals of 2-D art, giving you the skills you will need to be an artist. Everyone can learn to draw, talent is not necessary! All you need to do is follow the lessons to develop the skills of an artist. Hard work beats talent when talent won't work hard!
In the second semester, our hard work pays off by creating artworks in the Maritime theme or in the theme of New York City history.
