Banyan College Scholarship for South Asian Americans

We are pleased to announce that the Banyan College Scholarship for South Asian Americans is currently open. This scholarship is dedicated to students from low-income families who are in their senior year of high school in New York City. Since the Banyan College Scholarship was established in 2016, forty eight students have been selected to receive financial support of up to $5,000 to attend college from over four hundred applicants from New York City high schools. The recipients of this scholarship embody the spirit of the award in both their accomplishments and aspirations. The deadline to apply for this scholarship is March 1, 2026.

We believe our scholarship provides high school students in your community with an invaluable opportunity to pursue their educational aspirations and goals.
