What Students Receive:

  • Full tuition scholarship (in-state)

  • Free laptop

  • Access to cultural events and activities throughout NYC

  • Research and internship opportunities

  • Study abroad programs

How the Program Works: Students attend one of 8 CUNY campuses (Baruch, Brooklyn, City College, Hunter, John Jay, Lehman, Queens, or Staten Island) while participating in special honors courses and programming.

Admissions: The program is extremely competitive, requiring strong academics, high test scores, and demonstrated leadership.

Why Consider Macaulay: This program combines the personalized experience of a small honors college with the resources of a large university system, all while using New York City as your classroom.
