There is still time to apply for three outstanding internship opportunities from the Brooklyn Public Library. Applications due October 4th!


Librarians of Tomorrow is an internship program where 10th, 11th and 12th graders learn about the library profession through hands-on work experience, workshops and trainings. Complete 20-30 hours of training and field trips focused on library, college, and career skills and 70-80 hours of hands-on work experience for a total of 100 hours.


StoryTeen

StoryTeen is an internship program where 10th, 11th and 12th graders learn about the early literacy and early childhood through hands-on work experience, workshops and trainings. Complete 20 hours of training on child development, literacy, library, and career skills and 80 hours of hands-on work experience for a total of 100 hours


Teen Takeovers Branch Council is an internship program where high school students (ages 16-19) plan, organize, promote, and host after-hours public programs for other teens. As a Branch Council intern, you’ll organize and promote programs like poetry slams, movie nights, game nights, music performances, and art workshops!
